Assigned Care Managers carry out accompaniment, health monitoring logging, and errand assistance under strict operational guidelines and background verification.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa and Bihar.
